Refund Policy
Failed processing
If a job fails or is cancelled before completion, you are not charged, or the charge is refunded automatically.
Unusable results
AI outputs are approximate by nature and the website and app say so before you pay. Even so, if a result is unusable for its stated purpose (for example a stem that is silent, or notation that is empty), email support@riverthought.com within 7 days with your PayPal transaction ID and we will refund the job.
Change of mind
Processing starts immediately after payment and the outputs are delivered at once, so we cannot refund jobs that completed normally simply because you changed your mind. Where consumer law in your country gives you a withdrawal right that cannot be waived, that right applies.
Unused credits
Unused credits from a pack can be refunded on request within 30 days of purchase, pro rata at the pack price.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the PayPal account you paid from, normally within 5–10 business days.
